RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
For any expedition in Peru, for trekking, rafting, climbing or biking:
- The reservation and confirmation of any trip will be made with 50% deposit of the total cost of services, 45 days before departure ("Day 1"). (ask to the bank swift instructions)
- Balance must be paid on "day 1" of the trip schedule Payments will be wired to our Bank account in Peru .

CANCELLATIONS
Upon written notice of cancellation, the following fees will apply:
- 40 days 50 % of the reservations.
- Less than 30 days 40% of the reservations
- Less than 20 days, no refunds.

REFUNDS
Because land cost is quoted as a package, no refunds will be given for unused services at the reserved date.

INSURANCE
We do not provide or include accident or travel insurance policy in our expedition cost. We can provide logistical support and assistance, and we recomende you to take an insurance in your country.

RESPONSIBILITY
Colca Trek Expeditions acts only as agent for the passenger with regards to travel, and assumes no liability for any type of injury, damage, loss, accident, social-political disturbances, natural phenomena or anything beyond our control. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of passengers.

Colca Trek Expeditions assumes no liability regarding provision of medical care. If you or your clients have medical problems we recommend that you have a medical certificate filled by the traveler and his/her physician. Climbers are responsible for selecting a trip according to their capability and experience, and bringing appropriate personal equipment, without jeopardizing his/her safety and the safety of the group. Our staff and guides are ready to advise you and answer your questions prior and during expeditions.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS:
The altitude at Chivay is almost 11,000 feet.For example, the Inca trail climbs to an altitude of almost 14,000 feet. We urge those with a history of heart problems to consult their physician before participating in these trips.

IMPORTANT :
The stated prices are subject to a variation depending on the raise of the cost of:  (Cusco)Inca Trail or Colca park access, train services or transportation.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS &COST
As soon as you can confirm a date and accept the price, we will open a file and give you a status report on your request. Telephone reservations are acceptable, but the deposit and completed reservation form must be received within the required time. Trip prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of tarriffs and currency exchange rates.

RECONFIRMACIONS
Seven days prior to the date your group will arrive, the final rooming list must be confirmed. During high season (June to September) fifteen days prior.
This final rooming list has to include the following data: TOUR CODES, NAME OF PASSENGERS, PASSPORT NUMBER, NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION, VEGETARIAN, etc.

FINAL PAYMENTS
We require the final payment of tour costs a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure. On arrival date and once service are confirmed, changes are not accepted like a last minute addition on the final rooming list. On high season (June to September) final payment fifteen days prior to trip departure.

RESPONSIBILITY
COLCA TREK, We reserve the right to alter the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure due to water levels, political climate, insufficient registration, sickness or other circumstances beyond our control.
